Inspire Wigan

Inspire Wigan is a new session for children and young people with disabilities to come and experience disability team sports at Robin Park Arena. 

These sessions will be held here at Robin Park Arena every Friday 4:30pm-6pm. This will be alongside our Learning Disability and Physical Disability Rugby League teams training 5pm-8pm.

Mike Stoneley, Community Outreach Officer: “Disability and inclusion is a huge part of our community programme, with three disability Rugby League teams (Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Wheelchair teams) as well as our SEND and Disability camps. We wanted to include a session for children and young people who haven’t had the opportunity to participate in team sports previously and would be interested in doing so.”
