Yes, you have two options.

You can email tv@wiganwarriors.com and request for you subscription to be change immediately or at the end of your current billing period.  Please be clear when requesting which subscription you wish to change to and when you want it to change.

Important: We can only accept instructions to make change to your account from the email address asocaite with the account.

Firstly we’ll be sorry to see you go. Wigan TV relies heavily on its subscribers.

To cancel your subscription, please log in to your Wigan TV account then head to your MY ACCOUNT page.  Click The Cancel Subscription, you will then be given the details of when your subscription will expire.  To complete the cancellation, click ‘Complete Cancellattion.’

Your subscription is not cancelled unless you click ‘complete cancellation.’

First a few notes on passwords.  Wigan TV does not store your password, however depending on which browser you use, your browser may remember it for you.

If you can’t remember your password, click here to reset your password.  Enter your Wigan TV email address and you will be sent a new temporary password.  You then use your emaill address and this new password to access your Wigan TV account.

If you do not received your password by email then your email provide may have blocked the emails as they are seen by some email providers as spam.  If this is the case, please email tv@wiganwarriors.com and we will reset for you and send you the new password.

Once you have logged into Wigan TV with your temporary password, you can change the password to one that is more easy to remember for you. To do this head to you MY ACCOUNT page and in the Change Password section, enter the temporary passowr din ‘old password‘ field and enter your new chosen password twice.

To update the card details that you use to pay for Wigan TV:-

1. Login to Wigan TV.
2. Navigation to the ‘Update Billing Information’ section.
3. Enter your new card number, expiry date and CVVnumber.
4. Click ‘update Billing Information’.
