Chances of Winning
The chance of winning a weekly prize is dependent on the number of members subscribing to each individual draw, it is not a fixed chance. As an example, following the first draw of 2021 on 4th January, the chance of winning a prize (£10 or more) based on the members subscribing in that draw and the total number of winners paid was 1 in 129.4 – this rate varies dependent on the number of £10 consolation prizes sold. The chance of winning a weekly prize will be updated on a regular basis, at least every six months or before that if there is a major fluctuation. If you are experiencing problems with gambling, contact BeGambleAware.org on 0808 8020 133.
Questions about Lotto?
In the first instance, all questions about Lotto should be addressed to Vicky Cowpland (Lotto Supervisor) at the Lotto Office on 01942 231321 or email [email protected] – in almost all cases Vicky will be able to solve the question. However, should you still not be satisfied with the response to the question we have a grievance procedure; please ask for a grievance form that will escalate the procedure. If you are known to have a gambling addiction and you wish to self-exclude from our draws, please email [email protected] with your full name, address and contact details and we will add you to our ‘self-exclusions list’
