This week at the Warriors

  • Big schedule of games in the next week for Wigan Warriors.

A packed schedule of Rugby League action is on the horizon for Wigan Warriors, with the first team, Academy and Scholarship sides all playing in the next seven days.

Adrian Lam and the first team get things underway on Thursday as they make the trip to West Yorkshire to face Wakefield Trinity at the Mobile Rocket Stadium. There are Wigan players to look out for on Friday night as a Mid-Season International double header takes place at Warrington’s Halliwell Jones Stadium.

England women face Wales at 6pm, while England men take on the Combined Nations All Stars at 8:15pm. Both games are live on Sky Sports Arena.

Georgia Wilson and Victoria Molyneux have both been named for the England women team, while Liam Farrell and John Bateman are set to feature for England men. Jackson Hastings is the co-captain of the All Stars team.

On Sunday, both the Under-19s and Under-16s are in action against London Broncos at Richmond Athletic Ground. The U19s kick-off at 12:30pm and U16s get underway at 3pm.

The focus then turns to Wednesday when the first team and Under-17s both play. First up is the U17s as they face Newcastle Thunder at Robin Park Arena at 7pm. Highlights and the full game will be available to watch on Wigan TV in the following days. The DW Stadium then hosts a big clash between Wigan and Warrington in Round 12 of the Betfred Super League, kick-off is 7:45pm.
