Bardsley is the daughter of James (Jim) Molyneux, Wigan heritage number 667 and younger sister of Victoria Molyneux, Women’s heritage number 029.
She represented Rochdale at the Greater Manchester Youth Games as youngster before joining Hillside Hawks girls team aged 11 and represented Lancashire as a junior at U14 and U16s.
After a long break, Bardsley then Registered with Rochdale Mayfield Women’s team in September 2022 and joined Wigan for the 2023 season where she featured in the Nines Tournament before debuting midway through the season, going on to make 7 appearances.
