Past Players’ Summer Social

A limited number of places are available to join a selection of our Past Players’ for an afternoon social on Sunday 2nd June, sponsored by LCS Pipework Ltd.

The event will take place at Standish Social Club, hosted by Jamie Sutherland and Dave Swanton as we get together for an afternoon of chat and reminiscing.

Tickets for the event are priced at £10 per person, with a pie and peas lunch included.

Wigan Past Player and current England head coach Shaun Wane said “We’re really proud of how we’ve developed and grown our past players association over the last two years.

“We want to have the best past players offering, not just in Rugby League, but in sport in general and we want our past players to feel they remain part of the Wigan family whether they have played one game or 300 games.

“These afternoons allow us to come together to chat about old times, enjoy each other’s company and reaffirm that we are united by a connection like no other.”

Some of the names attending the event include Steve Hampson, Shaun Wane, Colin Tyrer, Colin Clarke, Billy Boston, Stephen Wild and Dennis Ramsdale. We will also be joined by some of the Warrington Wolves past players’ members.
