Greenmount Girls summer development days
Wigan Warriors Community Foundation are pleased to announce our Greenmount girls development days for the Summer holidays.
The first session for U12s and U16s take place next Wednesday 26th July, whilst the second session takes place on Wednesday 9th August.
Wednesday 26th July
- U12’s – 10:00am – 11:30am
- U16’s – 1:00pm – 2:30pm
Wednesday 9th August
- U12’s – 10:00am – 11:30am
- U16’s – 1:00pm – 2:30pm
To book onto either of the two dates, click HERE. Sessions are free to attend, and will be supported by both Wigan Warriors Community Foundation Coaches and Women’s First team and Academy players.
John Whalley, Community Foundation Rugby Development Manager, said: “It is great to have the Greenmount Development sessions in the Summer holidays. Girls can attend from other Boroughs and Counties where they can come and test themselves and be around other players from different teams.
He added: “We will have a big focus on Core Skill and Small sided games as we aim to make the sessions fun and engaging with a challenge element to them.”
