Wigan Warriors are excited to announce the next Loch Lomond Whiskies Legends series event will be with former Warriors star and current Catalans Dragons player, Sam Tomkins.
The event will take place at Robin Park Arena’s indoor track theatre on Tuesday 18th July at Robin Park Arena.
In the ‘Spirit of Wigan Warriors’, this is another unique opportunity for up to 250 Wigan fans to attend the filming of the popular Loch Lomond Whiskies feature – following on from the most recent event with Jason Robinson. Other guests to have taken part include Michael Maguire, Sean O’Loughlin, Thomas Leuluai and Shaun Wane.
Wigan’s Chief Executive Kris Radlinski will chat at length with Sam about his Rugby League career and his eight-year spell at Wigan where he played 213 games scoring over 954 points, from 168 tries, 136 goals and 10 drop goals. For Wigan he won three Grand Finals, two Challenge Cups, two League Leaders shields, a Man of Steel and a World Club Challenge.
There will also be an opportunity to view the brand new Trophy Cabinet in the newly refurbished 1872 Lounge.

Doors will open from 6pm and filming is expected to finish around 8pm. There will be food and drink available to purchase on the night, as well as whisky tasting with Loch Lomond Whiskies.
