Coach Quotes

Matt Peet spoke to the press on Tuesday afternoon ahead of Thursday’s clash with Hull FC at the MKM Stadium.

On this week’s game, Peet said: “It’s been a different week because some of the lads are coming off the back of the international programme and some lads had some time off. It’s been very much about each person getting themselves physically right for the game on Thursday so I feel it’s a big test for us.

“Not least because Hull are motivated and energised off the back of a good performance and then a break, they’ll be keen to hit the ground running after beating Huddersfield so I am well aware that this is a big challenge, Hull away is always one of the tougher games in Super League but I think we’re in for a close game.”
