Warriors Loan deals

As confirmed yesterday, Zach Eckersley has joined Widnes Vikings on an initial two-week loan.

Eckersley, who made his Wigan debut against Hull KR in August last year, will be eligible for the Widnes’ Betfred Championship clashes against Swinton Lions and Barrow Raiders.

Alex Sutton, Jacob Douglas, Logan Astley and Harvey Wilson will all be available on dual registration for Oldham Roughyeds this week, with the Betfred League One side facing off against local rivals Rochdale Hornets at The Vestacare Stadium.

Elsewhere, Harvie Hill remains on loan at Toulouse Olympique with Ramon Silva on a season-long loan at London Broncos. The two Wigan loanees will face off against one another this Friday when the two sides go head-to-head in the south of France.

Iain Thornley has been recalled from Barrow Raiders, with Tom Forber also returning from Wakefield, with both going straight into Matt Peet’s squad for Friday’s Derby clash against St Helens.
