Coach Quotes

Speaking to Wigan TV, Assistant Coach Sean O’Loughlin said: “It’s huge for him to get the acknowledgement for the service he’s given to the club and Rugby League.”

“They’re not so much linked together, the testimonial and the playing side of things, but its just nice if they both go well! There’s a lot going on behind the scenes for Sam and I know he’s got a really strong committee that keeps the pressure off him and allow him to concentrate on Rugby.”

He added: “Sam’s had a great pre-season so hopefully he has a good time on and off the pitch”.
