French takes Top Try Scorer Award

• Bevan French is Super League’s Top Try Scorer for 2022.
• Winger scored 31 tries this season.
• French: “I’m very fortunate to be on the end of such a good squad and get to score plenty of points.”

After 31 tries in 2022 Bevan French collected his Betfred Super League Top Try Scorer Award on Tuesday night.

French claimed his trophy at the Super League Awards Dinner, shortly before announcing he had signed a new two-year deal with the Club (click HERE to read more).

This season, the winger scored 31 tries in 21 league games.

On the Award, French said: “It’s been a wonderful year, plenty of memories made. I’m very fortunate to be on the end of such a good squad and get to score plenty of points. The brand of rugby we have played gets me this Award.”
