Four Warriors were in action across the weekend for Newcastle Thunder, Leigh Centurions and North Wales Crusaders.

Sam Halsall started at Centre for Newcastle Thunder on Saturday with Tom Forber on the interchange bench. Halsall made his impact with the penultimate try of the game, his 13th for Thunder in 2022 as they went on to draw 24-24 in a thrilling game against Dewsbury Rams.

Ramon Silva also featured off the interchange bench for loan Club North Wales Crusaders on Saturday afternoon, as they faced Hunslet. Six converted tries were enough for Crusaders to take the 36-26 victory on the day, moving them into second spot on the League One table.

Finally, James McDonnell also made his impact off the bench as Leigh Centurions romped to victory away at Whitehaven. The Centurions ran in 11 tries in the emphatic win, with McDonnell scoring in the first half as Leigh racked up the points that keeps them three-points clear at the top of the Championship ladder.
