2024 Women’s Season Launch
- Join us to celebrate the launch of the Betfred Women’s Super League season.
- Women’s First Team will be introduced to fans, friends and families.

WIGAN WARRIORS WILL KICK OFF THEir 2024 SEASON at the DW Stadium on Friday 19th April which will be followed by an afternoon of LIVE MUSIC, CHAT AND PRESENTATIONS – IN ASSOCIATION WITH bluesky plumbing on Sunday 21st April.
The event, hosted by Sky Sports’ Jenna Brooks, will take place in the Fan Village at Robin Park Arena on Sunday 21st April, with the doors open at 1.30pm. The afternoon will feature live music and entertainment along with exclusive interviews with Coaches and Players from both Wigan Warriors Women’s Team and Greenmount girls academy.
Food and Drink will be available to purchase during the afternoon from our on-site bars and outdoor food stall and our Club Store will also be in operation from 11am until 3pm.
The Warriors Women have made a great start to the year, progressing to the Semi-Finals of the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup after going unbeaten in their group and beating Cardiff Demons 44-4 in the Quarter-Finals on Saturday afternoon.
They will also make history as they play their first ever game at the DW Stadium as their Season kicks-off this Friday night. Tickets for Friday’s Double Header fixture can be purchased online HERE or at the DW Stadium Ticket Office right up until kick-off on Friday.
Chief Executive Kris Radlinski said: “I am really excited to see the 2024 Betfred Women’s Super League unfold. I have enjoyed watching Denis come in and begin work with his team.
“There has been a lot of great work done in the pre-season in the gym and on the field but we have also focused on putting a strong foundation in place that will ensure that our Women’s programme will continue to grow.“
Entry to the event is £5 per person, with all monies raised going towards Wigan Warriors Girls Development. A ticket must be obtained for entry and can be ordered online by clicking HERE. Tickets will be provided as an e-ticket.
