Two Warriors have been named in England’s 19-player squad to face Tonga in Saturday’s final Test match at AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium.
England Head Coach, Shaun Wane, has named Harry Smith and Tyler Dupree in his 19-man squad as England aim to record a 3-0 series win.
Smith has kicked 12 points in England’s victories over Tonga in St Helens and most recently Huddersfield, as Dupree is included in the 19-man squad for the first time this series.
Wane has made four changes to the 19-player squad which was named for the victory in West Yorkshire last weekend, as Liam Farrell, Toby King, Mikey Lewis and Victor Radley are replaced by Dupree, Morgan Smithies, Josh Thewlis and England captain George Williams, who returns from suspension.
Speaking ahead of Saturday’s clash, Wane said: “I’m really pleased to be able to give everyone who was named in my original squad the opportunity to feature in this series. Robbie [Mulhern], Tyler and Ben [Currie] have all had impressive seasons at club level and deserve their call-up into the side for this final game against Tonga.
“I’m really confident that the squad I’ve selected can get the job done and finish the series in style in front of a packed house in Leeds.”
