Wheelchair fixtures confirmed

  • Fixtures for the second half of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League have now been confirmed.
  • Wigan currently sit second in the league with six games to go.

Wigan Warriors are pleased to confirm the fixtures for the second half of the Betfred Wheelchair Super League season.

The Warriors currently sit second in the league having won four games, lost one and one thrilling draw with current Champions Leeds Rhinos.

The second half of the season gets back underway this week as the Warriors host Halifax Panthers at Robin Park Leisure Centre, with six more rounds left to play before the top four teams enter a knockout stage for a spot in the Grand Final.

The knockout stages will see first play fourth and second play third, so it is all to play for going into the second half of the season.

Wigan’s Wheelchair fixtures:

  • Round 8 – Halifax Panthers v Wigan Warriors (12th June)
  • Round 9 (Magic) – Wigan Warriors v London Roosters (9th July)
  • Round 10 – Leeds Rhinos v Wigan Warriors (23rd July)
  • Round 11 – Wigan Warriors v London Roosters (31st July)
  • Round 12 – Wigan Warriors v Halifax Panthers (21st August)
  • Round 13 – Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos (4th September)

After all thirteen rounds are complete, the Play-offs will take place on the weekend of the 17th September before the Grand Final on 1st October.
