Open Touch Trials
- Open trials to be held on Saturday 5th March for Wigan Warriors Men’s and Women’s Touch Rugby squads.
- Trials are open to Men & Women aged 14+.
- Successful triallists will represent Wigan Warriors throughout the 2022 National touch season.
Wigan Warriors rescheduled open trials for their Men’s and Women’s Touch rugby squads will now take place on Saturday 5th March.
When?
Saturday 5th March, 2pm-4pm.
Where?
Robin Park Arena.

Wigan Warriors won the National Touch series in 2021 and are looking to recruit players, both male and female, to represent the Club in the 2022 season.
The trials are open to anyone aged 14+, successful triallists will go on to represent Wigan Warriors throughout the 2022 National touch season as well as having access to the Warriors state of the art training facilities at Robin Park Arena.
The Chair of Wigan Touch Association, Gary Povall, said: “We are delighted to announce our first Open Touch trials on Saturday 5th March, giving players the chance to represent Wigan Warriors in Mixed, Mens and Womens National Touch tournaments.
“Successful players will become part of the Wigan Warriors teams. We would encourage everyone to engage with touch rugby at all levels. It is a great way to get fit and improve skills whilst meeting new friends and one of the few games that can be enjoyed by the whole family.”
