Hull KR available to disabled ST holders today

• Any group of season ticket holders containing someone with a disability can claim Hull KR tickets from midday on Wednesday
• Tickets are exclusively available by phone on 01942 311111 at this stage of the distribution process
• All other season ticket holders can select their seats from 9am on Thursday via our new ticketing website

An exclusive priority period begins at midday on Wednesday for season ticket holders with a disability – and any other season ticket holders wishing to sit with them – to claim their seats for next week’s return to the DW Stadium against Hull KR.

This advance access to tickets is to ensure that supporters with a disability have first chance to claim seats that are most suitable to their access needs.

All the tickets being distributed to this exclusive group are available via 01942 311111 only, ensuring that you can speak to a member of DW Stadium Ticket Office staff to identify the best seat/platform space for your situation. Please ensure that you have the name, client code and post code for every member of your group ready before calling.

Seats for all other season ticket holders will be available to claim from 9am on Thursday, with all supporters asked to use our new ticketing website wherever possible – the new URL will be published via this site and our social media channels on Wednesday evening ahead of the launch.

Season ticket holders with internet access are politely asked not to call the ticket hotline if they have the capability to select their seats online, ensuring that the hotline is left as clear as possible for a significant number of fans who genuinely don’t have internet access.

Anyone with a 2021 season ticket will need to have confirmed their seat selection by midday on Monday 14th June to guarantee their attendance at this game, so that we can reconcile the seating plans and determine whether we’ll be able to offer any individual match tickets for non-season ticket holders in place of any season ticket holders who know that they cannot attend the game.
