You have just a few hours remaining to try and win John Bateman’s match-worn boots, with the raffle in aid of the Mose Masoe Foundation ending at 3pm on Monday.
With tickets priced at £2 each, it’s an affordable way to show your support for a truly worthy cause and potentially come away with a very special prize.
Bateman wore the boots in our televised win against Wakefield Trinity on Thursday 1st April and received high profile publicity for his desire to put them to good use and raise a considerable sum for Mose Masoe, his family and other Rugby League players in times of need through the charitable foundation set up in honour of the player who suffered a serious spinal injury while playing for Hull KR last year.
In his post-match interview on Sky Sports that night, Batty expressed his desire to put the boots to auction, but we have now put them on offer via a raffle after the original auction winner and several reserve bidders all sadly defaulted on their bids.
