Loose forward Dootson signed for the Warriors Scholarship programme aged 14 ahead of the 2024 season.
The Shevington Sharks junior, who has also played for Orrell St James and Wigan St Judes, is the grandson of former Warrior Ronnie Dootson.
Away from rugby league, Dootson was part of the Wigan Athletic Academy side who beat Manchester United at U12 level.
