Cerys Jones

In 2022, Jones featured for both the Women’s Academy and the Women’s first team where she made 6 senior appearances.

She made a further 14 appearances in 2023 as a consistent option in the forward pack.

Cerys was part of the team who played in the Challenge Cup Semi Final against Leeds Rhinos in 2023.

Jones is a Women’s Nines winner with the Club, after they beat Leeds Rhinos to lift the trophy in 2024 before lifting it for a second consecutive season in 2025 before lifting the League Leaders’ Shield with Wigan for the first time later that year.

The forward is also a Grand Final winner with Wigan after beating rivals St.Helens 16-12 in October 2025.
