Andy Gregory signed for his hometown Club for a reported £130,000 in 1986 from Warrington.
The scrum half made 186 appearances for Wigan, scoring 118 points, whilst winning the inaugural World Club Challenge, plus five Challenge Cups, four Championships, two Regal Trophies, two Lancashire Cups, the John Player Trophy and a Premiership.
