Supporters holding individual match tickets for forthcoming fixtures that have been postponed due to the Covid-19 outbreak are advised to keep hold of their tickets, which shall remain valid for the new dates assigned to each fixture.
However, should any supporters be in need of an exchange or refund for tickets that they don’t believe that they will be able to use at a future date, the club has agreed a protocol that will be in place at the DW Stadium ticket office.
Home match tickets v Catalans Dragons (Sunday 22nd March)
If you paid for your ticket via credit/debit card, regardless of platform (e.g. online, phone, in person), please email your name, client code and details of the tickets you wish to have refunded or exchanged to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are seeking a refund, please do not supply your credit/debit card details in the email; the refund can be processed automatically. Alternatively, please state if you wish to exchange your tickets for a like-for-like seat for the fixture against Leeds Rhinos on Friday 17th April. If you do not have access to email, please follow the steps as below for cash refunds.
If you paid for your tickets via cash, please in the first instance call the DW Stadium Ticket Office hotline on 01942 311111 with details of your ticket and state whether you’re seeking a refund or exchange. Personal callers to the DW Stadium Ticket Office will be accepted from Tuesday 17th March, but supporters are politely requested to call where possible.
Away match tickets v Wakefield Trinity (Friday 27th March)
Should you require a refund for any tickets purchased for this fixture, please ideally follow the following order of preference for how we can most efficiently process your refund:
- Post the ticket(s) to DW Stadium Ticket Office, Loire Drive, Wigan, WN5 0UH along with a note containing your name, client number and contact details, so that we can contact you by return to process your refund. Please do not enclose any credit/debit card details in the letter – this will be discussed by phone directly at the point of processing the refund.
- Bring the ticket to the DW Stadium Ticket Office from Tuesday 17th March.
With the DW Stadium Ticket Office also having to process a large number of refunds for Wigan Athletic supporters in a similar situation, we kindly ask that supporters express patience in waiting for refunds to be processed, with staff working as quickly as possible to attend to the requests from every supporter in what is proving to be an unprecedented and constantly evolving situation.
Season ticket holders are advised that their tickets will remain valid for whichever date is allocated in due course to the newly-postponed Catalans Dragons home fixture.
As the home fixture with Leeds Rhinos on Friday 17th April falls beyond the current period of Super League’s suspension, supporters are still able to purchase tickets for this keenly-awaited game.
You can order your seats online at https://wigan-warriors.talent-sport.co.uk/, by phone on 01942 311111 or in person at the DW Stadium Ticket Office.
