Volunteer opportunities

Wigan Warriors are offering the chance to volunteer within the Club.

We’re on the look out for enthusiastic people to help support two new volunteer roles within the Women’s Super League Team. Whether you’re considering a potential career in sports coaching or strength and conditioning, we have a volunteer role for you.

Women’s Super League Strength & Conditioning Coach

We are always on the look out for individuals with a passion for sports and player development with a particular focus on strength and conditioning. We will provide a high quality work experience but also a possible stepping stone onto a full time career. We are currently looking for volunteers to help support our Women’s Super League Team and associated pathways.

Requirements: Coaches should hold a relevant degree or be in their third year of study. Experience within the Women and Girls Game is desirable although not essential. This role will be subject to DBS check. The Club has welcomed volunteers for many years with some of those volunteers now even working for the Club in a full-time capacity.
