Are you unsure of the renewal process to secure your Season Tickets for the 2020 Season? Fear not, because we’ve put together some FAQs to help you book your place at the DW Stadium next season.
When is the renewal deadline?
The deadline to save your seat and get the renewal price (currently the cheapest option) is Friday 1st November. Adults start from £221 and juniors from just £35. For more information, click HERE.
Where can I renew my Season Ticket?
There are a number of ways to renew your season ticket:

Visit in person (Open: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)

What if I miss the deadline?
Once the deadline of the 1st of November has passed, fans will be able to access the Early Bird offer (see prices below). The Early Bird offer runs from 1st of November until 31st of December. NOTE, the Auto-Renewal deadline has now passed and these prices are no longer available.
I can’t afford to pay right now, so what are my options?
We offer a finance option, if you’d rather pay in installments. Choose from 10, 8 or 6 month installments.
All Wigan Warriors fans over the age of 18 who hold a valid bank or building society account and are a resident in the UK can apply. Finance can be arranged online, when purchasing through Warriors new ticketing site.
Simply apply for your Season Ticket in the usual way and fill in the relevant Direct Debit sections when prompted to complete your purchase.

There seems to be a lot of new ways to pay for a Season Ticket. Can I still pay in ‘old fashioned’ ways?
Yes, payments can be made over the phone by calling 01942 311111 or by calling into the DW Stadium Wigan Warriors Ticket Office.
The Ticket Office is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
What other benefits do Season Ticket Members get?
There are a range of benefits available to Season Ticket Members. As well as the opportunity to guarantee seats for home cup fixtures, Season Ticket Members also get free access to all home Reserves, Under-18s and Women’s games.
Season Ticket Members will also have access to a package of exclusive digital content and receive priority information and breaking news plus 10% discount at Warriors World and 50% off Magic Weekend tickets.
Season Ticket Members in the Kids and Juniors categories will automatically be entered into a number of prize draws throughout the season, including the chance to become a Warriors mascot, win tickets to events such as the Wigan Warriors Junior Christmas Party and have the chance take part in training sessions with the first team.
I’m having trouble with the online ticket site, how do I resolve this?
If you have any issues with the ticketing website, please see the below details.
You can access the new website at [https://wigan-warriors.talent-sport.co.uk] – please delete any bookmarks you may have for the old one.
We are committed to protecting your data and we can’t see the password that you will have used previously to log in, so the first thing you’ll need to do is reset it.
How to reset my password?
Click on the link above, select ‘Reset my password’ on the home page
Follow the steps to reset it.
If you have any issues in resetting your password, please contact the Ticket Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01942 311111.
Once you’ve logged in, if you buy match tickets or Season Tickets for other supporters, make sure you link your accounts together in Friends and Family, which can be found in the My Account section.
Previous users of the old ticketing site should have received a new client code to enable them to log in via email. If you haven’t please contact the DW Stadium Ticket office who will be able to help on 01942 311111.
