Warriors Player Development Camp – February Half Term

Wigan Warriors are delighted to announce their Player Development Camps are back for 2012 - and what better way to kick off the new year than with a fantastic 3-day coaching camp at the brand new Central Park.

For only £50 (£40 if you are a 2012 Season Ticket holder), players (boys and girls) aged between 6 - 14yr will be able to learn new skills under the expert tuition of the Warriors Community Coaching Staff. The course will run from Monday 20th February - Wednesday 22nd Feb, between 9am and 3pm.

In addition, if you are not already a 2012 season ticket then we'll give you one as part of the course. That will give you access to the South Stand of the DW Stadium for all of the Warriors Super League home games during the 2012 season.

Warriors Head Coach Shaun Wane added: ‘these player development courses are designed to get the best out of each players, no matter what their ability or experience. The community team make sure each play has the chance to shine, and they use the skills and techniques we use every day with the first team boys to make this happen.'

The new facilities at Central will provide an excellent backdrop for the young players to see what life is like as a Warrior. The highly qualified and experienced staff will make each coaching session throughout the 3-day course an opportunity for players to express themselves whilst developing their skills.

The camp will be the perfect way for young aspiring Warriors to keep busy over the school holiday period, and a great way for parents and grandparents to be sure their children are safe and having fun too.
