Maguire On Sunday's Clash

It's the Clash of the Trophy winners at the Halliwell Jones Stadium on Sunday as Wigan Warriors travel to face Warrington Wolves at 3pm in a pre-season game which is also doubling up as Jon Clarke's Testimonial Game.

Tickets can be purchased from the HJ Stadium on the day as the Challenge Cup Winners, Warrington Wolves, tackle the 2010 Super League Champions, the Wigan Warriors.

Looking ahead to the game Head Coach Michael Maguire told us,

"It will be a good test for us, I am looking forward to it. We have had two good hit outs so far and we are getting close to being able to find the line-up for the first game. We are looking for a good performance against what I think are a real strong team who have good depth in their squad, they will be a difficult team to beat.

"We will run with the strongest team available, we have one or two bumps and bruises, Gleese, Stu Fielden and Harrison Hansen look set to miss out but they will be back for the first game, I won't risk anyone unnecessary."

Stu Fielden has had a minor operation on his knee and is recovering well and along with  Harrison and Martin are expected to be back in contention for the Millennium Magic Weekend opener with St Helens in Cardiff.
