Warriors Reserves Wipeout Wildcats

Warriors Reserve romped to a nine try win over the Wakefield Trinity Wildcats at Orrell on Saturday.

Wigan were comfortable 48-4 winners with Sean Ainscough crossing for a hat-trick, Sam Tomkins and Mark Flanagan twice while Ross Bradley and Thomas Coyle were the other try scorers. Nicky Stanton struck six conversions.

The result leaves Shaun Wanes side in second spot on 8 points with four wins from five games.

The next game is away to Leeds Rhinos at Headingley-Carnegie on Saturday with a 3.15pm kick off, a curtain raiser to the first team Super League game between Leeds and Wigan which kicks off at 6pm.
