Wigan Warriors season ticket renewal deadline has been extended by one week until Friday 9th November to allow fans extra time to renew their 2008 season tickets following the postal strikes which hampered delivery of renewal packs recently.
Almost half of existing season ticket holders have already reserved their place for 2008, however many fans have only just received their packs as the Royal Mail continue to work through the backlog of mail accumulated during the strike action at the beginning of October.
Warriors Marketing Director Simon Collinson said:
“Our general policy is that deadline’s are never extended however given the extreme circumstances due to the delays encountered we felt it only and appropriate to allow our loyal fans an extra week in which to renew their season tickets on this occasion”.
Any supporters who have yet to receive their renewal pack are now urged to contact the Club by [clicking here] so that a replacement pack can be sent.
Supporters will therefore now have until 5pm on Friday 9th November to renew their existing season tickets and in doing so will qualify for a 20% discount on a match ticket to the final Test Match between Great Britain and New Zealand at the JJB Stadium on Saturday 10th November (terms and conditions apply).
No season ticket sales can be made on Saturday 10th November due to the Test Match and any reserved seats that are not renewed by the deadline will be released for general sale on Monday 12th November.
Season tickets can be renewed in person at the JJB Stadium Ticket Office, via the Ticket Hotline on 0871 66-33-552 and online by [clicking here].
