Super League Show Preview

SUPER LEAGUE SHOW - BBC ONE
Date: Sunday, 1 July 2007
Time: 1.00pm - 1.30pm
Channel: BBC1

Harry Gration introduces highlights from one of the biggest games of the season: Leeds v Bradford.

With ten rounds to go the Rhinos are neck and neck with St Helens at the top of the table, but with Bradford just two points back in third, a win for Steve McNamara’s side would draw them level with their local rivals.

Leeds have beaten the Bulls twice already this season - including the "Gansongate" controversy at Millennium Magic - so Bradford will be thirsty for revenge.

Leeds half back Rob Burrow will be in the studio to reflect on the action.

Joining Harry and Rob will be Robbie Paul, who’ll be reflecting on Huddersfield v St Helens. Robbie and his teammates will be hoping to hold on to their place in the top six, but face a formidable task against a St Helens side who are unbeaten since April.

Plus:

  • Highlights from Perpignan where Warrington are the latest visitors to the south of France to take on Catalans.
  • The crucial moments from Harlequins match against Hull KR
  • And we meet Kevin Penny, Warrington’s new wing wizard who’s set Super League alight with some blistering performances which have seen him being compared to some of the greatest names in the games history.
