Wigan Launch the Warriors Express

Wigan Warriors have today launched their brand new ‘Warriors Express’ home travel service in association with Fraser Eagle Coaching & Tours.

The ‘Warriors Express’ will see Fraser Eagle provide matchday coach transport to the JJB Stadium from selected areas across the North West. It is hoped the service will make it easier for fans to attend matches.

“The Warriors Express service has been launched in full consultation with our fans, some of whom make the journey from miles around,” says Wigan Warriors Commercial Director Geoff Warburton.

“With the new service our fans will be able to travel at very competitive rates from convenient pick-up points across the region, enabling them to leave the car at home, relax and enjoy the atmosphere.”

“Limited spaces exist on each route and we urge fans to book their places early.”

WExpress_Overview_Plain_200.jpg Howard Tyrer, Managing Director of Fraser Eagle Coaching & Tours, adds:

“We are very pleased to be working with Wigan Warriors on increasing fan participation through home and away transport provision, and are looking forward enormously to making the ‘Warriors Express’ a success.”

Fans can book direct with the Fraser Eagle reservations team on 08700 116 117 for more information and to guarantee a seat and to any of Wigan’s home and away fixtures.
