The 31-year-old Kiwi has played in all but two of the Warriors’ 28 matches this year but has been told he needs to undergo knee surgery and is expected to go under the surgeon’s knife this week.
“He’s carried it for a while and it looks like he will go in for a knee operation and miss the rest of the season,” said coach Ian Millward, whose side face beaten Challenge Cup finalists Leeds at the JJB Stadium on Friday.
Seuseu joins captain Kris Radlinski, Sean O’Loughlin, Gareth Hock, Liam Botham, Chris Melling, Paul Prescott and Darrell Goulding on the sidelines.
On the positive side, French international prop Jerome Guisset will return after missing the last three matches with a knee injury and Great Britain winger Brian Carney is expected to shake off a hamstring strain that curtailed his involvement in the Warriors’ win in their last match at Hull a fortnight ago.
Fans are reminded that the game WILL NOT be shown live on TV. Tickets are now available for the last two home games of the season against Leeds Rhinos on 2nd September, and against St Helens on 9th September. These are available from the JJB Stadium Ticket Office, Ticket Hotline on 0870 11-22-552, online BY CLICKING HERE and also from the Leeds and St Helens club ticket offices.
