Referee Watch: Round 15

The Rugby Football League have confirmed the match officials for the Betfred Super League Round 15 fixtures as Wigan Warriors visit Wakefield Trinity.

Aaron Moore will take charge of the clash between the Warriors and Wakefield on Friday night, whilst Tom Grant has been selected as the video referee. Denton Arnold and Jonathan Roberts have been named as the touch judges for the battle at the DIY Kitchens Stadium.

Moore has refereed the Warriors once this season which came in a Super League Round 2 win over Hull FC at the MKM Stadium, whilst he has been in the middle for five Wakefield clashes – most recently a Round 9 defeat to Catalans Dragons.

Elsewhere in Super League, Liam Moore will referee Castleford Tigers and Hull KR on Thursday night whilst Jack Smith takes charge of Friday night’s other game between St Helens and Leeds Rhinos at the Totally Wicked Stadium.

James Vella and Liam Rush will take charge of Saturday’s fixtures between Warrington Wolves and Huddersfield Giants and Catalans Dragons and Leigh Leopards. Tom Grant will referee Super League’s final game of Round 15 between Salford Red Devils and Hull FC.
