Women’s Cup Final in Numbers

2025’s Wembley Finals Day was a memorable occasion, with Saturday’s gate of 63,278 the second best since 2017.
In the Women’s Challenge Cup, the Warriors went on to bank their first Women’s Challenge Cup title in their first appearance in the competition’s final – here are several stunning stats from the Women’s match (All stats provided by Opta).
Player of the Match Grace Banks made the most metres out of any player on the pitch with 215. Her teammates Anna Davies (176) and Mary Coleman (161) registered in second and third.

In total, seven Cherry & White players surpassed 100 metres, highlighting their ruthless ability to attack. Grace Banks also scored a try and bust five tackles on Saturday.
Izzy Rowe was Wigan’s heroic halfback and had a perfect Wembley record with the boot – successfully converting seven out of seven goals, she also produced one try and one try assist.

Try scorer Mary Coleman also emerged as the top tackler in the winning side at Wembley, with 31 complete tackles.
The final try scorer of the day, Anna Davies, continued her fine form having scored in all 4 of her appearances in 2025 (8 tries in 4 apps).
Wigan scored seven on the day, all different try scorers with Megan Williams, Mary Coleman, Emily Veivers, Isabel Rowe, Eva Hunter, Grace Banks and Anna Davies all getting on the scoresheet.
