Coaches Quotes
Matt Peet told the press earlier this week that the Warriors have taken learnings from the Betfred Challenge Cup defeat to Hull FC last time out.
Peet said: “It was a difficult one to take. It’s important to acknowledge it and learn but we can’t dwell and we’ve got to move on. There were some lessons learnt for all of us.”
Sharing his excitement ahead of the clash, Peet added: “Both teams have enjoyed success throughout our histories. [Saturday evening] will be two passionate sets of fans, a great venue and it’s got the makings of a great game. Wigan v Leeds on a Saturday night is always a big one.”
