Support The Brick’s donation drive at Sunday’s game

• Wigan Warriors are once again inviting supporters to donate much needed items to The Brick before Sunday’s Betfred Super League clash with Hull FC.
• Donations can be made at the East Stand Express Store in the South East corner of The Brick Community Stadium.
• The Express Store, also in this location, will be open from 12:30pm.

Wigan Warriors are once again inviting supporters to donate much needed items to The Brick before SUnday’s home match with Hull FC.

For more than 100 years, The Queens Hall mission in Wigan has been a centre of support in local communities providing all kinds of help and assistance in the fight against poverty. Although there have been huge changes over the past century, the need for practical, caring, and effective help has never gone away.

Ahead of Sunday’s visit of Hull FC to The Brick Community Stadium, the Club will once again offer supporters the opportunity to help The Brick with its mission by donating urgently needed items of food and essentials.

Suitable items for donation include: tinned meat and vegetables, pasta, rice, cordial, tea/coffee, nappies and toiletries. 

Keely Dalfen, CEO at The Brick, said: “Following the successes of our recent donation drives against Warrington Wolves, Huddersfield Giants and Leigh Leopards, our team will once again be collecting much needed items at the East Stand Express Store on Sunday afternoon.

“Demand for food has soared over the school holidays and we need to keep our shelves stocked so our local families don’t go hungry. If you are able to spare a few items from our list, it will be very much appreciated.”

Our East Stand Express Store will be open for sales from 12:30pm, yet donation items towards The Brick will be gratefully received.
