Join our fun-fuelled final week on camp

There is still time to book a place on what will be a fun-fuelled final week on our Summer Warrior Camp at Robin Park Arena.

A record-breaking number of more than 1200 children have been in attendance across three weeks of our Summer Warrior Camp held at Robin Park Arena from Monday-Thursday.

With a theme chosen each day – including Olympic, Magic, and Community Clubs Challenge – camp participants have engaged in a range of rugby league inspired activities at our training facility as well as The Brick Community Stadium.

As the last week of our Summer Warrior Camps gets underway tomorrow morning, participants will once again be able to represent their junior teams in our Community Club Challenge before our camp ends with a fabulous inflatable fun day.

Participants on our Summer Warrior Camp received a guard of honour from our Men’s First Team last week, with more player and coach appearances to follow from members of our Men’s and Women’s Betfred Super League sides.

Writing in our Summer Warrior Camp diary, Shiala said: “It’s my first time attending one of these camps but I’ve enjoyed it so much I’m wanting to come again. My Dad signed me up and I’ve learnt so much more – I can’t wait to show the boys in school how much I’ve improved after the holidays. I love showing everyone my girl power.”

Jayden added: “I’ve been on these camps numerous times and they get better and better each time. My favourite thing about being on these camps is definitely the coaches – they’re all really nice and will always be there for you when you need them.”

Interim Head of Community, Danny Fullerton said: “Make sure to join us on our final week of what has been a record-breaking Wigan Warriors Community Foundation Summer Camp.

“We’ve had a wonderful three weeks on camp where participants have experienced unforgettable memories, new friendships and an unlimited amount of fun rugby related activities at our Robin Park facilities.”

Our highly popular Wigan Warriors Community Foundation-led activity camps cater for children aged 6-16 of all skill levels and abilities. Don’t miss out on sharing the final week fun by booking your place HERE.
