Summer Warrior Camp Diaries: Mya and Jayden
with the third week of our Summer Warrior Camp in full flow, Mya and Jayden provided an insight into recent activities at Robin Park Arena.
First time camp attendee Mya said:
“I’ve never played rugby before but I’ve already learnt so much like how to tackle and how to create a try. My favourite part of camp has been giving contact a go and learning how to catch the ball.
“I’ve had so much fun making new friends and I can’t wait to go home and show my dad what I’ve learnt this week. I’ve had so much fun this week and I’m definitely thinking of coming again.”
Adding to the camp diary, Jayden wrote:
“I’ve been on these camps numerous times and they get better and better each time.
“My favourite thing about being on these camps is definitely the coaches – they’re all really nice and will always be there for you when you need them.”
