Vacancy: Turnstile Operator
Wigan Warriors and Wigan Athletic are looking for a number of Turnstile Operators.
Playing an integral role on matchdays at The Brick Community Stadium, you will ensure all spectators are admitted to The Brick Community Stadium, and provide a fantastic fan experience for both sets of supporters.

- Reports to: Head of Operations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent service to Home / Away supporters.
- Attend the match briefing as given by the Turnstile Manager.
- Understand the ticketing arrangements for each fixture.
- Appropriately sign on for duty, indicating your next availability for work and correctly sign off duty when your duties have been concluded.
- Ensure that the area around the turnstile where deployed is clear of obstructions and operates freely.
- Ensure any obstructions, hazards or found articles must be reported to the Turnstile Manager.
- Immediately.
- Correctly operate the respective ticket scanning devices.
- Scan season tickets and matchday tickets, and ensure the validity of concessionary tickets.
- Additional duties, as required.

- Calm with the ability to work well under pressure.
