Vacancy: Casual bar supervisor

Wigan Warriors are currently looking to recruit an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.

ROLE

The Bar supervisor role is required on a casual / flexible basis to support the delivery of events at the Robin Park Arena – including match days and other events delivered from the venue. As a Bar Supervisor you will support the management team across all areas to deliver high standards of service through a warm and friendly approach to guests, supporting junior team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee bar operations including managing stock levels and placing orders
• Serving on the bars and providing support to bar staff
• Co-ordinating with bar staff with rotas and job requirements
• Bar set up and take down for events & match days

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

• An hourly rate of £13 per hour

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The successful Bar Supervisor will:

• Have experience as a Restaurant, Bar or events Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar environment.
• Have the ability to manage a team
• Be adaptable and flexible approach to guests
• Ideally hold a personal licence to serve alcohol
