Injury Update
Ahead of the Round 4 fixture, Head Coach Denis Betts provided an injury update.
On Grace Banks and Jenna Foubister who both suffered injuries in the Semi-Final loss to Leeds Rhinos, Betts said: “Grace picked up a shoulder injury in the second half of the game, we’re still undergoing tests but expect her to be on the sidelines for 4-6 weeks.
“She’s never had a serious injury before so there’s an element of shock to it which can be hard to process at first but she’s a tough young player who is determined.”
Betts added: “Jenna has an ankle injury and at the moment there’s a lot of bruising and swelling to contend with. It looks to be a high-grade sprain which will take some monitoring from our physio team but we’re hoping that is just a set back of a small number of weeks too.”
