Warriors to face Trinity in friendly

Wigan Warriors will take a team to face Wakefield Trinity as part of the team’s preparations for the new 2024 Betfred Super League season.

The two sides will go head-to-head for Matty Ashurst’s Testimonial match on Friday 26th January 2024, K.O. 8pm.

Warriors Head Coach Matt Peet said: ”Matty is a player respected highly throughout the game. His dedication and consistency of performances for Wakefield have been outstanding and we wish him all the best for his testimonial season.”
