Chairman Ian Lenagan will lead the First Team through the Fan Village and over to the DW Stadium ahead of Friday night’s Super League clash against Castleford Tigers.
The Club will be showcasing many of our Warriors teams in a Festival of Inclusivity ahead of our Round 26 fixture with the Tigers, as Matt Peet’s side will be aiming to take one step closer to securing a home semi-final.
The players involved in the matchday squad will use the changing room facilities at Robin Park Arena to prepare for the game, before being led through the Fan Village by Chairman Ian Lenagan prior to warming up on the DW Stadium pitch.
The walk will take place 30 minutes before kick off against Castleford Tigers on Friday 15 September (7:30pm).
The Warriors walked through the Fan Village ahead of Sam Powell’s Testimonial match against Salford Red Devils, as well as in Round Four for the visit of Catalans Dragons.
The Warriors will enter the stadium through the South West corner before running straight onto the pitch for the pre-game warm up. The players will then use the normal changing rooms at the DW Stadium for their final preparation ahead of kick off.
Around 30 minutes after the final hooter, players will leave the stadium together and walk back through the Fan Village to the changing rooms at Robin Park Arena.
Please note, during the walk there will be flashing lights that could trigger seizures for people with visual sensitivities.
Tickets for Friday night’s fixture against Castleford Tigers are available to purchase from the DW Stadium Ticket Office (open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or online HERE.
