Four Warriors were in loan and dual registration action throughout the week across the Championship and League One.

Oldham Roughyeds 40-24 Workington Town

Kieran Tyrer started, while Harvey Wilson came off the bench, in Oldham’s impressive victory over play-off rivals Workington Town at Boundary Park last Wednesday night.

Tyrer, who started at scrum-half, scored a second half try for the Roughyeds in the win after he exploited a gap in the Town defensive to dive over.

Halifax Panthers 26-28 Widnes Vikings

Tom Forber came off the bench to help Widnes get back to winning ways with a hard-fought victory at Halifax Panthers on Sunday afternoon.

The teams went into the break level at 14-14, before Forber played a key role in setting up both of the Vikings’ second half tries as Widnes held on to claim the two points.

Oldham Roughyeds 10-18 Midlands Hurricanes
