  • Seven Warriors teams will be in action this week.
  • Warriors Academy and First Team in double header action against Warrington at the DW Stadium on Friday.
  • Women also face Warrington on Sunday afternoon.

Seven Wigan Warriors teams will be in action this week, here is what is coming up…

Wednesday

Two teams will be in action on Wednesday night, both kicking off at 7pm. Over at Kingston Park, Newcastle the Warriors Scholarship side will take on Newcastle Thunder as they look to make it five wins in a row.

Wigan Warriors girls Academy will also be in action in a derby fixture against St Helens at Cowley College (Gamble Avenue, 7pm K.O.), they will also be looking to keep up a winning run having won their opening two games in 2023.

Friday

Friday sees a Warriors double header at the DW Stadium as the Warriors Academy welcome Warrington Wolves (5:30pm K.O.) before the Warriors and Wolves first teams go head-to-head in Round 19 of Betfred Super League (8pm K.O.)

Saturday

The Warriors Wheelchair team will play a round robin of matches in a Challenge Cup Festival this weekend, with the top two sides from the day progressing to the Wheelchair Challenge Cup Final on Saturday 20th August. More information on the Challenge Cup festival can be found HERE.

Our LDRL side will also participate in a Festival at Golborne Parkside this weekend, hosted by Leigh Leopards.

Sunday

Finally, our Women are in action once again at Robin Park Arena as they take on Warrington Wolves (12pm K.O.)

Season Ticket Holders can enter for free, with non-Season Ticket Holders costing £5 Adults and £3 Concessions. Our on-site bar will be open for refreshments (Card only.)
