• Three Warriors sides are in action this week.
• First team and Reserves both face Castleford on the road.
• Women’s side get pre-season underway away to Salford Red Devils.

Three Warriors sides will take to the field this week as the First Team head into Round 3, Reserves start their season and the Women’s side kick off their pre-season schedule.

First Team

Matt Peet’s men will head to the Mend-A-Hose Jungle this Friday night (3rd March, 8pm K.O.) as the Warriors face Castleford Tigers in Round 3 of the Betfred Super League.

The Cherry & Whites go into the week in a positive mood after a resounding 60-0 win over Wakefield at the DW Stadium on Friday night and will face a Castleford side who lost to St Helens on home turf on Sunday afternoon.

Reserves

The Warriors Reserves are also in action at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle this week as they start their season away to Castleford (Saturday 4th March, 1pm K.O.)

Entry at the Mend-A-Jungle is £5, or free for U16s. Entry will be from 11:30pm with all stadium bars and facilities open. Car Parking is also available on the Wheldon Road site for £2.

Women

Our Women’s side also play their first game of 2023, as they get their pre-season schedule underway with a short trip to Salford Red Devils on Sunday 5th March (2pm K.O.)

The game will take place at the home of Salford Roosters and is free to attend and you won’t need a ticket to enter, with all facilities open for drinks and snacks.
