Wigan to play Salford in final friendly

• Wigan to face Salford in final friendly ahead of 2023 campaign.
• Fixture to be played as part of Sam Powell’s Testimonial year.

Wigan Warriors will face Salford Red Devils in their final pre-season friendly on Sunday 5th February.

The game will be played in tribute to Sam Powell who has been granted a Testimonial year in 2023 after 10 years of service to his hometown Club.

In what will be Wigan’s third and final friendly fixture ahead of the 2023 season, the Warriors will host Salford at the DW Stadium for a 3pm kick-off with the full first steam squad involved.
