Three Warriors were in action for their loan and dual registration Clubs over the weekend.

Newcastle Thunder 10-30 Halifax Panthers.

Alex Sutton and Matty Nicholson both started for Newcastle Thunder as they hosted Halifax Panthers at Kingston Park on Saturday afternoon. Both players put in a fantastic effort for a youthful Thunder side who are depleted by a number of injuries, with Sutton landing one of two conversions attempts.

Leigh Centurions 34-6 Sheffield Eagles.

James McDonnell returned to Leigh Centurions on a two-week loan after being recalled by the Warriors over the Easter weekend and the forward made an instant impact on his return to the Centurions on Friday evening.

Featuring off the bench, McDonnell helped himself to a try in the 34-6 victory over Sheffield Eagles to see Leigh second in the Championship table.
