Wheelchair

On Saturday our Wheelchair side played a friendly against Sheffield Eagles as a break in the season allowed our Warriors to give some game time to newer players in the large squad. A squad of 8 players travelled with 5 debutants getting in on the action.

A great effort from our Warriors squad saw us take an encouraging 62-20 victory.

LDRL

Sunday also saw our LDRL team take to the field for the first time in 2022 as they participated in a festival in Warrington with 21 other teams from 14 foundations. Congratulations to all the players who represented Wigan Warriors and other Clubs to kick start the LDRL season.
