Coach Quotes

Friday will be Wigan’s first home game of the season as they welcome fans back to the DW Stadium for 2022: “I’ve spoken before about wanting to build a connection between the team and the spectators but for me personally I want them to understand how passionate I am.

“The team are very excited to be back at home, it’s something that we’ve spoken about since day 1 of pre-season, about playing for our supporters and giving them something to get behind, hopefully we can give them a performance to be proud of and the local fans can get behind us.”
